On Wednesday November 16th, 2022 Charles Hempeck and Caylee Gabel of Anna Marie’s Alliance presented at our free webinar. Anna Marie’s Alliance (a St. Cloud Minnesota Domestic Violence program) aims “to create a community where violence is not tolerated, and where every home is a safe one.” The shelter recently renovated to accommodate pets. Executive Director Charles Hempeck and advocate Caylee Gabel described how pet friendly policies and space helps victims decide whether to remove themselves and their children from an abusive relationship. The webinar allowed ample time for Q&A, was free, and everyone was invited to participate.
