Watch Webinar: featuring Children’s Home Society’s President Heidi Wiste

Heidi Wiste is the President of Children’s Home Society of Minnesota. She will shared what is going on today in the world of adoption and foster care, as well as provide an updated and expansion of services that support the mission of Children’s Home. Heidi was appointed President of the Children’s Home Society of Minnesota last year and is also Associate Vice President for Adoptions and Foster Care for Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota. Heidi talked about the agency’s long history in adoptions, their continued growth in licensing homes solely for foster care, and current trends in foster care and adoption including the role of kinship care.  Heidi has an MSW from New York University and a degree in social work from Skidmore College, as well as expertise in early childhood mental health.
