Speakers

Laura LaCroix-Dalluhn

The Minnesota Coalition of Family Home Visiting represents over 70 nonprofit and public health organizations that provide in-home services to mothers, fathers and caregivers of infants and toddlers. Family home visiting programs include parenting skills training and connections to social services supports. Family home visiting is one of a small number of programs that have been shown by high quality research to actually reduce child maltreatment, so fewer families become engaged in child protection and foster care.

Laura discussed the coalition’s legislative agenda as well as how family home visiting improves outcomes for children and families.

This webinar was free and everyone was invited to participate.
