Mark your calendars — Safe Passage for Children of Minnesota is excited to invite you to our 2026 Legislative Breakfast and Fundraiser on Tuesday, October 13th, at the Minneapolis Club (729 Second Avenue South, Minneapolis, 2nd Floor).

8:00 – 9:00 AM — Program
This is your chance to hear directly from the people driving child safety policy forward in Minnesota. Board Chair Dr. Lisa Hollensteiner will share an update on our advocacy work this past year and outline how you can get involved in the year ahead. Our new Executive Director Crystal McNally will introduce herself. Guests will also hear a firsthand account from a foster parent about what the foster care system looks like from the inside.
We’ll also take a moment to celebrate: Outgoing Executive Director Melissa DeBilzan will receive the 2026 Child Safety MVP Award, honoring her outstanding leadership and dedication to protecting Minnesota’s kids.
Individual tickets are just $25, and table and event sponsorships are available for those who want to make an even bigger impact. Free parking is available onsite. Space is limited, so please register by Oct. 1.
